How to Help Position Labels to be Printed

  1.  Go to OnlineLabels.com
    • Click on Design & Templates that has a Paint in the above blue ribbon.
  2. Click on "Start Designing"
  3. Click on the Bilingual French design
  4. Once the design is opened, click on it and drag it off to the side in the grey.
  5. Now select the images option on the black side panel and depending on if technical services already uploaded the picture you will have the design already in the options panel, otherwise you will have to browse the computer for the file image.
  6. Once you have the image uploaded you will then need to uncheck the Lock icon in the bottom left hand corner. Once this is unlocked you will then need to manually enter in the Width & Height to the new design and make sure it is the same Width and Height as the other design off to the side. You can check what Width & Height the other design is by clicking it and its Width & Height will be displayed in the same location.
  7. Once the Width & Height is set to the same as the other design you will want to Center the design similar to the picture above. Once it is centered right-click the old design and delete it.
  8. You will then need to hold down Ctrl+P to launch into Print Settings and print to Tech Services printer.
    • You will more than likely have to set to use the paper in the bypass tray in the print settings on the computer or on the printer itself (If changing settings on printer make sure to set them back to normal after use)
