What is MyPC and How To Use It

 

MyPC is the software used to monitor reservations for and use for public facing computers. It is also within the software suite of TBS. 

 

 

 

How to Reach MyPC:

  1. Go to the DCDL Clipboard
  2. Once on the DCDL Clipboard look on the right side of the page for MyPC under the TBS section.

How to Use MyPC:

  • Here is the front page of MyPC. Under the Where section in the upper left you can see two dropdowns for which Library to select and which location in that library to monitor.
  • Below that is reservations graph showing what is reserved, available and in-use and for how long as well as showing when they are expected to be done with their session.

 

 

 

 

  • Clicking into a In-Use Purple rectangle will pop up a properties menu which shows you options to log off the computer or shutdown the computer remotely. 
  • You can also extend the time if the patron needs more time on the computer
