How to Export Bookmarks and Passwords 

 

Bookmarks:

 

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots icon in Chrome’s top right corner.
  3. Choose Bookmarks>Bookmark manager
  4. In the Bookmark Manager menu, click the three vertical dots icon, the one that is all the way to the right of the Search bookmarks field.
  5. Select “Export bookmarks.”
  6. The Save As menu appears. Browse to the location where you want to export your bookmarks. Enter a name for the file and ensure the “Type” is set to “HTML Document,” then click on Save.
  7. Chrome will now export all your bookmarks to the folder you chose. When you open it, your export file will be there.

 

Passwords:

 

 

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click Profile Profile and then Passwords Passwords.
    • If you can’t find the Passwords icon, at the top right of your screen, click More More and then Settings and then Autofill and then Passwords.
  3. To the right of 'Saved passwords', click More More and then Export passwords.
